Refund policy

Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our frozen food products, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

No Returns

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement (only if)

You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The contents of the package were damaged during delivery.
  • The product arrived in a thawed or unsafe condition.
You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery, providing photos/videos via WhatsApp or email.

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds if:
  • The product was stored improperly after the delivery.
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time

Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
