We sell frozen, perishable food products which must be stored at −18°C. Proper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
2. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Unavailability of the product
- Incorrect pricing
- Delivery location outside Delhi NCR
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s supported payment gateways.
4. Delivery
We provide same-day/next-day delivery within the Delhi NCR area. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
5. No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of products, we do not accept returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligible cases.
6. Customer Responsibility
Once delivered, customers must immediately store products in a freezer at −18°C. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, branding, and text are our property and may not be copied or reused.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from misuse, improper storage, or delay beyond our control.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
